Your Bill
The
following information is
provided to assist you in
understanding
your bill from FMCTC.

Bills will be issued
monthly and they may
cover: |

Local Telephone service
charge for one month in
advance from the date of
the bill |
 |
Long Distance charges
for the previous toll
billing period |
 |
Internet service charge
for one month in advance
from the date of the
bill |
 |
Cable TV service charge
for one month in advance
from the date of the
bill |
 |
Wireless (Community
Phone) service charge
for the previous billing
period, plus any long
distance toll and
roaming charges for the
previous billing period |
 |
Purchases such as
telephones, cellular
accessories, cable,
phone systems |
 |
Networking charges |
 |
Activation/Installation
charges |
 |
One-time $5 membership
fee |
Important Dates Concerning
Your Bill
FMCTC prepares and sends out
its statements on the last day
of the month.
 |
Payment is due on the
20th of each month |
 |
‘Past Due Notice’ is
mailed to the customer
on the 21st of the month |
 |
If the ‘past due amount’
is not paid by the close
of the day on the last
day of the month, an $18
fee is assessed |
 |
Accounts not paid by the
last day of the month
are subject to
disconnection on the
first day of the next
month. |
 |
Re-establishment of
service will not be made
until payment is
received in our office.

Options to Pay Your Bill

EasyPay, an automatic
payment service is
available. Your bill is
paid automatically every
month from your checking
or savings account.

PC/Online Banking. Most
banks offer an online
banking service which
lets you go online and
authorize your payments.
Contact your bank for
more
information. Reminder: If
you use an on-line
banking service to pay
your FMCTC bill, please
indicate your account
number in the
appropriate blank on the
on-line form. We want to
be sure to credit your
payment to the correct
account. |

Mail in your payment.
Simply enclose your
check and the payment
stub in the
self-addressed envelope
provided by FMCTC. |

Drop off your payment at
the FMCTC business
office located in
Harlan. Office hours are
8AM-5PM, Monday through
Friday. |
 |
Drop-Off boxes are
available at the Harlan
office building. |
 |
A Drive-up box is
located on the south
side of the office
building in Harlan. Just
slip your envelope
inside the box. |
