Financial Assistance is available for your residential wire line phone service.  You may qualify for assistance if you receive any of the following:

  Medicaid
  Food Stamps
  Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  Federal Housing Public Assistance
  Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LHEAP)

Two Federal Assistance programs offer discounts to qualifying members:

Lifeline provides eligible members a discount of
$8.25 on their monthly basic phone service.

Link-Up provides eligible members a discount of
up to $9 on telephone installation charges.

The Lifeline and Link-Up discounts apply to one phone service at the primary place of residence.
